Returns & Refund



We offer size exchanges on eligible products, subject to the following terms and conditions:


  1. Exchange Window: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request an exchange.

  2. Discounted Products: Products purchased during sales or under any discount offer are not eligible for exchange or return.

  3. Customised Products: Items customised to your specific requirements are not eligible for exchange or return.

  4. Sarees & Dupattas: Sarees and dupattas are not eligible for exchange.

  5. Eligible Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted for size-related issues only, for the same product.

  6. Alteration Allowance: Our garments generally include an additional 2–3 inches of internal seam allowance, where applicable, to facilitate alterations. Minor fitting adjustments may be possible through a local tailor.

  7. One-Time Exchange: Each eligible order is entitled to one size exchange only . Further size exchanges will not be permitted.

  8. Product Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all original tags intact. Worn, damaged, or altered products will not be eligible for exchange.

  9. Quality Inspection: All returned products will be inspected before an exchange is approved.

  10. Product Availability: If the original product is unavailable, you may choose another eligible product or receive store credit valid for 12 months , subject to our approval.


1. How to Request an Exchange


To initiate an exchange, please contact us through any of the following channels:



Please include your order number in all communications to help us assist you efficiently.


Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the exchange process. Please wait for confirmation and instructions from our team before sending the product back.


2. Exchange Verification & Approval


Once we receive your returned product, we will confirm receipt and inspect its condition.


The replacement product will be dispatched only after the original product has been received and successfully inspected.


Dori By Meenu reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. Size exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.


3. Returns & Refunds


As our garments are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, or size-related issues . Eligible customers may request a one-time size exchange in accordance with our exchange policy.


However, we will assist you in the following situations:


Incorrect Product Received


If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us so we can arrange a return pickup and send you the correct product.


Damaged or Defective Product


Every product undergoes quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery , along with clear photographs and your order details. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement.


Natural Variations in Hand Block Prints


Hand block printing is a traditional, handcrafted technique. Slight variations, irregularities, and differences in print placement are natural characteristics of this process and are not considered defects.


4. Customisation


At Dori By Meenu, our made-to-order approach allows us to offer customisation on selected products, subject to feasibility.


If you would like to customise a garment to suit your preferences, please contact our team before placing your order. Our team will confirm the available options and any applicable terms.


Please note that customised products are not eligible for exchange or return, except where applicable under our policy or law.
