Order Processing & Dispatch

All our products are made to order and are typically dispatched within 12–15 working days from the date of order placement. While we strive to dispatch orders sooner whenever possible, please allow us the necessary time to prepare your order.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays.

Delivery Timeline

We ship across India through trusted courier partners, including DTDC and Delhivery, using their priority services. Once dispatched, orders generally take 2–5 working days to be delivered, depending on the destination and courier service.

For locations not serviced by our regular courier partners, we may use India Post Speed Post.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or courier-related delays.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer a partial Cash on Delivery option for customers who prefer to pay at the time of delivery.

• 10% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

• The remaining 90% is payable to the courier partner upon delivery.

• The advance payment will be adjusted against your total order value.

• In the event that an order is rejected by the customer after dispatch, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Your order will be processed once the advance payment has been received.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges

International shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated based on the destination and shipment weight. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

International orders are shipped through DHL and FedEx and generally take 5–7 working days to be delivered after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local courier operations.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or courier partner, as applicable.

International Size Exchanges
